PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from Janey's workshop. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days after your order ships. Expedited shipping (2-3 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to the United States only. We are working on expanding to international destinations. Sign up for our email list to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account on byjaney.com. Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to update.

PACKAGING

Every ByJaney bag ships in a protective cotton dust bag, wrapped in cream tissue paper, inside a branded gift box. A handwritten thank you note from Janey is included with every order. Our packaging is gift-ready — no additional wrapping needed.

SHIPPING PROTECTION

We offer optional shipping protection at checkout for $4.95. This covers your order against damage, loss, or theft during transit. If your package is lost or arrives damaged and you purchased shipping protection, we will replace your order or issue a full refund — no questions asked.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged and you did not purchase shipping protection, please contact us at hello@byjaney.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or file a claim on your behalf. We do our best to make it right for every customer.
